Last week (19th - 25th Feb) - dry mix everyday, plus:
Sunday:
Toast, grapes, pineapple, kiwi fruit, blueberries, banana, avacado, carrot, brocolli
Monday:
Cauliflower, pak choi, carrot, red capsicum, tomato, grapes
Tuesday:
Banana, apple, blueberries, grapes, green capsicum, mini corn, smoked oyster
Wednesday:
Grapes, apple, banana, brussel sprout, avacado, brocolli, carrot
Thursday:
Chicken bone with meat scraps, potato, peas, green bean, mini corn, cauliflower, avacado, red pepper, onion, pineapple, blueberries
Friday:
Fried rice, apple, blueberries, green bean, carrot, brocolli
Saturday:
Mackeral and potato fish cake, onion, chive, salad leaves, basil, tomato, grapes, banana
