Been looking at this cage recently Ronnie. How is it with the shallow base plate.is it messy?

I would prefer an explorer. I've seen these and wasn't too impressed with the build quality. I also don't like it that only 1 door opens and if you take out the middle tray I think you have to mesh the gap.celtic1888 wrote:Been looking at this cage recently Ronnie. You'd need to add something deep for a good amount of substrate. From the picture, it looks like Ronnie has got a full layer of toilet pellets - expensive, uncomfortable on feet, and not good for natural behaviours... so Ronnie, try adding a large low storage box full of loose softer substrate like shredded cardboard.celtic1888 wrote:Been looking at this cage recently Ronnie.
